Side Effects
The most commonly reported side effects of Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg are:
- headache
- indigestion
- heartburn
- nausea
- diarrhoea
- flushing (a sudden hot, uneasy feeling in the skin)
- pain in the stomach, back, muscles, arms, or legs
- cough
In rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, including:
- loss of vision
- blurred vision
- changes in colour vision
- loss of hearing
- ringing in ears
- painful erection that lasts longer than 4 hours
- dizziness
- chest pain
Important Advisory
- Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg should be taken as advised by your physician.
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to tadalafil.
- Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg should not be taken while taking certain medicines. Be informed about any possible drug interactions.
- Read the label. Check all information carefully before beginning the medicine.
- Discuss with your doctor if you wish to take Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg regularly. They should know your full medical history, i.e. if you have/ had:
- heart disease
- stroke
- low blood pressure
- liver or kidney problems
- bleeding disorders
- any other health conditions
- Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg may make you feel dizzy or affect your vision. If you experience any signs of discomfort, it is not safe to drive or operate heavy machinery.
- Alcohol can make it more difficult to get an erection. It may change how well your medicine works and cause side effects. Avoid having large amounts of alcohol If you’re taking it for ED.
- Do not have it with grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice can interact with medicines.
- Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg is not approved for use by women or children.
- See emergency care if you see any side effects that worsen over time.
Medical Interactions
Certain medications do not work well together with Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg. Know your own medicines and use caution to avoid drug interactions. Make sure your doctor is aware of all the medications you are taking. This may include:
- prescription drugs
- over-the-counter (OTC) medications
- vitamins
- herbs
- any other supplement
Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg can interact with:
- nitrates or diltiazem (both are used to treat patients with angina)
- alpha-blockers (i.e., those given for hypertension)
- some antifungals such as fluconazole
- aprepitant (helps with nausea and vomiting);
- bosentan (or other medications for high blood pressure);
- carbamazepine (relieves nerve pain);
- antibiotics such as clarithromycin, erythromycin, rifabutin or rifampin
- efavirenz (treats and prevents HIV/AIDS);
- HIV protease inhibitors
- other medications for erectile dysfunction
- other medications for PAH
- anxiety-relieving medicines such as phenobarbital
- antidepressant medications such as sertraline
Storage Instructions
- Tadarise Oral Jelly 20mg should be stored at room temperature.
- Keep the jellies in their original packaging. Do not mix with other medicines.
- Store it in a dark, dry place, away from the bathroom or sink. Excessive heat, air, light, and moisture can damage the jellies.
- Keep it out of your baby or pet’s reach.
- Always read the label before you use a medicine. The expiry date is printed on the label. Dispose of old, expired medicines or those no longer needed.
