Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. As soon as your order gets processed, it is shipped asap. Depending on the distribution center where the order is being shipped from, the shipping time may vary.
- US Distribution Center (for US customers only) – Delivered within 5-7 days.
- India Distribution Center – Delivered within 3-4 weeks.
- Singapore Distribution Center – Delivered within 3-4 weeks.
For products such as the MTP Kit, express shipping is available. For US customers, express shipping is available at $100. With express shipping, your order is usually delivered within 4-7 days (after it is shipped). Overnight shipments are usually delivered within 24-48 hours. For non-US customers, only express shipping is available with a delivery of 5-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently charge a flat $30 fee on all orders below $150.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
To avoid any fraudulent transactions that take place online, we ship your order only upon confirmation from your side. We shall reach out to you via mail or telephone to confirm your order.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hisblue is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We make sure that there aren’t any additional taxes imposed on your order and that your order reaches you within time.
We take full responsibility for your order. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to any conflicted country, regions, or war zones. Every order is of utmost priority to us. If your country comes under the war-affected zone, you can write to us or give us a call to confirm whether your order can be shipped or not.
