Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply place a return request and we’ll be happy to issue you a refund. Please read our Return Policy thoroughly to check whether your order is eligible for a refund or not.
Damaged/ Defective Product Received
If you have received a damaged/ defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the item received. Our customer support team takes all the queries very seriously and it helps us to improve our quality of service. If the product that you have received is damaged, it will be reshipped provided that you have sent us all the details required for the reshipment. Unfortunately, your order cannot be refunded once it has been processed. However, a partial refund may be initiated in certain cases.
Incorrect Product Received
Your order is eligible for a refund if the product that you have received is incorrect.
In some rare cases, if an order gets lost in transit or does not reach you for a very long time, we’ll ship it again on a high priority basis. Our customer support team will reach out to you and give timely updates on your order. If your order does not reach you within the stipulated time, we will issue a partial refund for your order.
Please give us 7-10 days to issue a refund for your order.
Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email regarding the same before it is verified. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been approved by our team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
