How does Cialis Black 80mg Tablet work?

The drug contains the active ingredient tadalafil. This drug belongs to a class of medications known as PDE5 inhibitors. It contains 80 mg of this active component. Due to the action of the enzyme PDE5, blood can’t easily flow to the penis. This makes it difficult to achieve or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse.

Tadalafil present in this generic version, Cialis Black, blocks the action of PDE5. By inhibiting PDE5, it allows blood to flow properly. Nitric oxide (NO) is released into the penis during sexual stimulation. As a result, cGMP is produced. cGMP or cyclic guanosine monophosphate contracts and relaxes. It helps in relaxing the smooth muscles present in the walls of the blood vessels.

When cGMP is produced in the right amount, blood can flow easily to the penis. As more and more blood flows, the pressure is created in the penis. This leads to a firm erection. 

The drug does not work without sexual stimulation. It will work only when the person is sexually excited or aroused.

This medication is not a sexual stimulant for women. Only adult men with ED can take this medicine.

Cialis Black Side Effects

As with any other drug, certain side effects can occur while taking Generic Cialis 80mg. Most of these are usually temporary and go away after some time. These include:

• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Flushing
• Nosebleed
• Mild rash
• Heartburn
• Indigestion
• Back or muscle pain

• Alfuzosin

Tadalafil and Alcohol

Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness and palpitation. It can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly. The combination can also affect your sexual ability.

Interaction with Grapefruit Juice

Drinking grapefruit juice along with Cialis Black may increase the medication levels in the blood. This increases the risk of side effects.
