How It Works

The Fildena 150mg kicks in by inhibiting the PDE-5 hormones, which results in the secretion of cGMP. cGMP is a substance that brings nitric oxide into play and helps with vasodilation. 

The vasodilation process makes the blood vessels relaxed, allowing more blood flow to the penis. With the increased blood flow, you get a hard erection when you experience sexual stimulation. The medication works only in combination with sexual stimulation (e.g., physical intimacy).

Missed Dose

Overdose of Fildena 150mg Tablet can lead to serious side effects. Seek medical help without delay if you suspect an overdose.

Drug Interactions with Fildena

To protect your health, do not take Fildena 150 with other drugs without consulting a doctor. 

This medication can interact with:

• Some certain antifungals, antivirals, and antibiotics. 
• Nitrate compounds or nitrate derivative compounds. 
• Blood pressure medicines 
• Medicines with alpha-blockers in them 
• Anti-blood coagulant pills
• Drugs that contain generic ingredients other than sildenafil

Interaction with Alcohol: 

Do not take Fildena with alcohol otherwise, you may experience unwanted side effects, e.g., dizziness, palpitation, and even fainting.

Driving : UNSAFE
This drug can make you dizzy or affect your vision. Do not drive or use hazardous machinery until you have fully aware what effects it has on you.

Kidney : POSSIBLY SAFE
Sildenafil is not known to impair kidney health. However, use caution if you have severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Liver:  CAUTION
