How It Works

Extra Super P Force tablets contain sildenafil and dapoxetine. They work on certain chemicals in the body to improve your sexual function. 

Sildenafil is a powerful PDE-5 inhibitor medication. It works to relieve erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow. By inhibiting the PDE-5 enzyme, more cGMP is made available. cGMP is the substance that controls smooth muscle relaxation in the blood vessels. By relaxing blood vessels, it encourages a healthy blood flow to penile tissue. As more blood flows into the penis, the man gets an erection hard enough for sexual intercourse. 

Dapoxetine is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It blocks the reuptake of the serotonin hormone in the brain. Thus, it allows for better control over ejaculation. 

Uses

• Erectile Dysfunction (ED): 

When a man is not able to achieve or maintain a penile erection during sex.

• Premature Ejaculation (PE): 

When a man ejaculates too quickly during sexual intercourse. He cannot hold the erection as long as desired by him or his partner.

Dosage

Take the tablet as a whole with sufficient water. The pill is taken 30-60 minutes before the sexual activity. Avoid fat-rich meals as they may affect the speed of absorption.

The recommended dosage of Extra Super P-Force can be decided only by a doctor. Note that this contains one of the highest doses of sildenafil+dapoxetine. So, it helps manage, control severe cases of ED and PE. 

Missed Dosage

The chances of missing a dose are low. Because Extra Super P-Force 200 mg is taken as needed before sex. 

If a doctor has prescribed regular use, stick to the prescribed schedule. If you forget a dose of Extra Super P-Force, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next scheduled dose, leave out the forgotten dose. Then, go back to your usual dosing schedule. 

Overdose

Any medication can do harm when taken too much. Do not take two or more Extra Super P Force tablets within 24 hours. an overdose can lead to serious symptoms, e.g., priapism, breathing difficulty, vision problems, chest pain, etc. They may faint and collapse. Get immediate medical attention if you suspect an overdose. 

Safety Advice

Alcohol : UNSAFE
It is unsafe to drink alcohol with Extra Super P Force (Sildenafil+Dapoxetine) tablets.

Pregnancy : POSSIBLY UNSAFE
This medicine is not approved for use in women. It’s for male sexual health problems (impotence or ED, PE). So, it’s not applicable.

Breastfeeding :  POSSIBLY UNSAFE
This drug is not meant for women’s use. Information regarding the use of Extra Super P Force Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not available. Consult your doctor for further information.

Driving : UNSAFE
Super P Force can make you dizzy or affect your vision. Do not drive or use hazardous machinery until you are fully aware of its effects on you.

Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
The combination medication is not known to impair kidney health. However, use caution if you have severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Liver: SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
This medication will be processed by your liver, so use caution if you have an existing liver problem. Consult your doctor for further advice. Your doctor will probably adjust the dosage for you. 

Precautions

Extra Super P-Force 200mg may not be suitable for everyone. These pills are meant for use in men for sexual performance enhancement. Women should not take this drug. 

Talk to your doctor, especially in the following conditions:

• If you know that you’re allergic to sildenafil dapoxetine or other ED and PE medications.
• If you have a heart disease, e.g., cardiac failure, coronary artery disease, angina.
• If you had a stroke, seizure, heart attack, or arrhythmia in the last 6 months.
• If you suffer from blood pressure fluctuations: hyper- or hypotension.
• If you had surgery in the past 6 months.
• Any physical deformity in the penis.
• If you have any bleeding disorders.
• If you have stomach ulcers.
• If you have any disorders of the liver or kidney.
• If you have experienced Priapism.
• If you have retinitis pigmentosa.
• If you suffer from sickle cell anemia.
• If you have HIV and use protease inhibitors.
• If you have blood cancer – leukemia or multiple myeloma.

Side Effects

Some symptoms can occur because your body needs time to get used to the drug. These mild effects should go away on their own after some time. 

• Headache
• Upset stomach
• Nausea, vomiting
• Nasal congestion
• Pain in the back or muscles
• Dizziness
• Flushing in the skin 

In rare cases, serious side effects can occur. These include:

• Loss of vision – blurry view or bluish tinge
• Painful erection that doesn’t go away for hours
• Skin rash
• Agitation, restlessness
• Insomnia
• Severe diarrhea
• Palpitations
• Chest pain, uneven heartbeat

Interactions With Other Drugs

Extra Super P Force 200 mg tablets can interact with other drugs. Mixing it with the following medications may change the way it works. It can also raise your side effect risk.  

• Nitrate medications 
• Medicines with nitroprusside as an ingredient 
• Alpha-blockers 
• HIV protease inhibitors
• Hypertension medications
• Guanylate cyclase stimulators
• Other ED medicines
• Azole antifungal medicines
• Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors & Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) combination
• Recreational drugs 
• St. John’s Wort
• Antiepileptics
• Antidepressants
• Antipsychotics
• Anxiolytics

Your doctor should be aware of all medications that you are taking (i.e., both prescribed and over-the-counter).

Interaction with alcohol

Using alcohol with this pill can make your blood pressure drop to a dangerous level. Avoid having alcohol while you’re on this medicine. 

Interaction with Grapefruit Juice

Grapefruit or grapefruit juice can interact with Extra Super P-Force 200 mg tablets. Do not use them together. 

Storage Instructions

• Store the tablets in their original packaging and keep them at room temperature. 
• Store them away from any source of high temperature and moisture. 
• Keep them away from the reach of children and pets.
• Do not consume expired tablets. Safely dispose of them by following local waste collection guidelines.
