How does it Work?
Vidalista Black 80 mg contains the active ingredient tadalafil. It belongs to a group of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors. Tadalafil lasts longer than PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil. Sildenafil (e.g., Viagra) remains in effect for 4 to 6 hours, while tadalafil (Vidalista) helps improve erections for up to 36 hours.
When a person is sexually stimulated, a molecule called nitric oxide (NO) is released within the penis. This increases levels of another molecule called the cGMP. cGMP causes the smooth muscles inside the penis to relax. As a result, the blood vessels open wider, allowing blood to flow. It causes the corpus cavernosa (the erectile tissue) to swell. Thus, the penis becomes larger and stiff enough for sexual intercourse.
However, an enzyme called PDE5 breaks down cGMP molecules, ending the erection. PDE5 inhibitors such as tadalafil stop PDE5 from working too fast and prevent the cGMP breakdown. Hence, the action of nitric oxide is enhanced, promoting blood flow. This helps prolong the erection, making it firm enough for intercourse.
Note that Vidalista itself does not directly cause an erection. It helps the body respond better to sexual arousal. A person needs to be sexually stimulated for this drug to work.
Uses
It is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It helps improve blood flow to the penis, allowing men to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity.
Recommended Dose
The recommended dosage of Vidalista 80mg is a tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before sex. Take the tablet; swallow it with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food.
Do not take 2 doses of generic Vidalista at the same time. Do not take an extra dose or more than one tablet in 24 hours. To treat other conditions, take Vidalista as prescribed. Doses can vary depending on your response to the medicine. Ask your doctor how often and how much you should take it.
Missed Dose
Vidalista black 80 mg is taken when needed for erectile dysfunction, so there is little chance of missing a dose. If you’re not sure if you took a pill at the right time, leave it out for the day. Keep a gap of at least 24 hours between doses.
Overdose
Like any medication, tadalafil can cause harm when taken too much. The medication is meant to affect blood pressure. Taking too much may pose serious risks to your circulation and whole body. Do not take extra doses to get faster results. If an overdose occurs, seek medical help right away.
