How Cialis 60 mg Works

Cialis 60 mg belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors. It contains tadalafil which works by relaxing the smooth muscles present in the walls of the blood vessels. It enhances blood circulation throughout the body, including the penis. It blocks the action of enzyme PDE 5 and does not let it decrease cGMP. 

The production of cGMP is necessary for the blood to flow properly. cGMP controls the dilation and contraction of blood vessels. By inhibiting the action of PDE5, blood can easily flow into the penis. This creates pressure in the penis that leads to an erection.
