How It Works

• Cialis 20mg functions as a PDE5 inhibitor. It contains the ingredient tadalafil that works by increasing the blood flow to certain areas of the body. 
• An enzyme known as PDE5 causes constriction in the arteries and the blood vessels of the body. It does not allow cGMP to be produced properly.

Missed Dosage:
