How Vidalista 40 mg Works
Vidalista 40 mg contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the blood vessel walls. This action helps increase blood flow to the penis. It blocks the action of PDE5 and prevents cGMP breakdown. Better cGMP production helps with the contraction and dilation of arteries.
Tadalafil, present in this pill, increases the cGMP level. So blood can flow easily to the penis. Through increased inflow to the penis, the person has a strong erection. The man will still need sexual stimulation for the medication to work.
Vidalista Uses
Erectile dysfunction (ED)
Difficulty getting or keeping an erection hard enough for sexual intercourse.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
Prostate gland enlargement that causes painful and frequent urination.
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
Contraction of blood vessels, causing the heart to pump blood harder. This increases BP levels, causing PAH.
