How does it Work?
Avana 200mg contains the active ingredient avanafil. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, allowing for an erection to occur. During sexual stimulation, the lining of the blood vessels in the penis releases nitric oxide (NO). NO stimulates the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the smooth muscle cells of the penis. cGMP causes the smooth muscle cells to relax, which widens the blood vessels in the penis. The increased blood flow to the penis fills the spongy tissue (corpus cavernosum) with blood, causing an erection.
Avana 200 does not directly cause an erection. It enhances the natural erectile response by increasing penile blood flow when sexually stimulated.
