How does it Work?

Super Avana tablets contain avanafil and dapoxetine. Hence, it helps in both — activating and prolonging an erection.

To achieve and maintain an erection:

Avanafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. During sexual arousal, nitric oxide (NO) is released within the penis. This increases levels of another molecule called the cGMP. cGMP causes the smooth muscles inside the penis to relax. As a result, the blood vessels open wider, allowing blood to flow. It causes the corpus cavernosa (spongy tissue in the penis) to swell. The penis becomes larger and stiff enough for sexual intercourse.

However, an enzyme called PDE5 breaks down cGMP molecules, ending the erection. PDE5 inhibitors stop PDE5 from working too fast. They prevent the cGMP breakdown. They also boost the action of nitric oxide, promoting blood flow. This helps prolong the erection, making it firm enough for intercourse.

To make the erection last longer:

Dapoxetine, on the other hand, works on the brain’s serotonin system. It belongs to a group of medications called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). For men with PE, the serotonin levels might drop too quickly during sex. This may cause them to ejaculate too early. Dapoxetine is a fast-acting SSRI. It works by blocking the reabsorption of serotonin by nerve cells. This causes an increase in available serotonin. The high levels of serotonin increase the time taken to ejaculate. This may help delay the release of semen long enough for satisfactory sexual intercourse.

Note that Super Avana does not cause an erection on its own. A person needs to be sexually stimulated for the medicine to work.

Uses

Erectile Dysfunction (ED):

Difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough to have sex. It prevents some men from having a satisfactory sexual performance.

Premature Ejaculation (PE):

A condition in which semen leaves the body (ejaculate) sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex. Men with PE often ejaculate within one minute of intercourse.

Recommended Dose

For ED or PE, take one Super Avana pill about 30-60 minutes before sex. Have it orally with a glass of water. Do not crush, split, break, or chew the tablet. Do not take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours.

Missed Dose

Super Avana is taken as needed before sex to improve sexual functions. Hence, there is little chance of missing a dose.

Overdose

Super Avana needs to be used at the right dosage. Only then can it produce the desired results. Taking too much ED or PE medication can lead to serious side effects. Talk to your doctor if there is an overdose.

Storage Instructions

Store the medicine at room temperature.
