How It Works
Silvitra 120mg contains two active ingredients (sildenafil + vardenafil). Sildenafil inhibits Phosphodiesterase Type 5 enzyme or PDE5 enzyme. It degrades cGMP in the body. cGMP is responsible for increasing the flow of blood to specific parts of the body. The enhanced blood flow following the increased action of cGMP is what makes the penis erect. Vardenafil helps to maintain performance by maintaining the blood flow.
