How does it Work?
Snovitra Soft 20mg contains Vardenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor that helps treat erectile dysfunction. PDE5 inhibition is the mechanism by which drugs like Snovitra Soft 20mg work. PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) is an enzyme that naturally breaks down a molecule called cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate) in the body.
When a man is sexually aroused, the body releases nitric oxide, which increases cGMP levels. This cGMP relaxes the smooth muscles and widens blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow in and create an erection. However, in men with ED, the PDE5 enzyme often breaks down cGMP too quickly, leading to insufficient blood flow and difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection.
By inhibiting PDE5, Vardenafil allows cGMP to stay active longer. This sustained presence of cGMP helps maintain blood flow to the penis during arousal, aiding in the achievement and maintenance of a firm erection.
Note that Snovitra Soft 20mg does not cause an erection on its own. It helps the body respond better to sexual arousal. Sexual stimulation is required for Snovitra to work.
