How does it Work?
The active ingredient in Tadalista Super Active 20mg is tadalafil. It is part of a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. When a person is sexually stimulated, nitric oxide (NO) is released within the penis. It relaxes the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow into the penis. This helps activate a penile erection. However, an enzyme called PDE5 interferes with this process. It may cause some men to lose their erections too soon.
Tadalafil slows or blocks the action of PDE5. This allows nitric oxide to have more potent effects on blood vessels. As a result, blood flows more easily into the corpus cavernosum (erectile tissue). It engorges the penis, making it large and firm enough for sexual intercourse. Tadalafil does not directly cause an erection on its own. Sexual arousal is still required for tadalafil to work. This drug can relieve symptoms of pulmonary hypertension by improving blood flow to the lungs.
Uses
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED):
Difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sexual activity.
- Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH):
A type of high blood pressure in the lungs.
