How Does it Work

Vidalista 20 mg is used to treat erectile dysfunction. It falls under the class of medicine known as PDE 5 inhibitors. The active ingredient Tadalafil blocks the action of the PDE 5 enzyme and allows the blood to flow properly to the penis.

The action of PDE 5 destroys the enzyme cGMP responsible for the contraction and dilation of blood vessels.
