How does Vidalista 40 mg work
Vidalista 40 mg contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the blood vessel walls and increasing the blood flow to the penis. It blocks the action of PDE5 and prevents cGMP breakdown. cGMP is responsible for the contraction and dilation of blood vessels. Tadalafil present in Vidalista 40 mg allows cGMP to be adequately produced so that blood can flow easily to the penis. Through increased blood flow to the penis, pressure is created. This leads to an erection. Sexual stimulation is needed for the medication to work.
Uses
Vidalista 40 mg is used for the treatment of the following conditions:
- Erectile dysfunction (ED) – a condition that makes it difficult to achieve or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse.
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) – age-associated prostate gland enlargement that causes painful and frequent urination.
- Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a condition that leads to the contraction of blood vessels, causing the heart to pump blood harder, increasing blood pressure levels.

When to take Vidalista 40 mg?
It is usually recommended to take the weekend pill about 30 minutes to 1 hour before engaging in sexual activity. However, it can also be taken up to 4 hours before sexual activity if needed. Vidalista can be taken with or without food, but avoid consuming excessive amounts of alcohol while taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
How long does Vidalista 40mg last?
Ans: Vidalista 40mg is a generic version of Cialis containing the active ingredient tadalafil. Like Cialis, Vidalista typically lasts up to 36 hours in the body. However, the exact duration of its effects can vary depending on individual factors such as metabolism, overall health, and other medications being taken.
How does Vidalista work?

Can you take too much Tadalafil?
Ans. Like any other medication, Tadalafil can be dangerous if you take too much. The medication impacts your blood circulation. Taking too much may cause severe reactions that negatively affect your sexual health and blood flow throughout the body.
Is Tadalafil more potent than Viagra?
Ans. Tadalafil and Viagra are both medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, but they work in slightly different ways. Tadalafil typically lasts longer in the body than Viagra, with effects lasting up to 36 hours compared to Viagra’s 4-6 hours. Some people may find Tadalafil to be more effective for them, while others may prefer Viagra.
