Super P Force Tablets (Sildenafil and Dapoxetine)

How It Works

Super P Force pills contain sildenafil citrate and dapoxetine. It increases the blood flow to the penis for a hard erection. It also increases the activity of serotonin in the brain. 

Sildenafil Citrate is a PDE 5 inhibitor. It relaxes the smooth muscles present in the blood vessel walls. This increases the blood flow to some areas of the body, including the penis. For an erection to occur, healthy blood flow is important. 

The enzyme PDE 5 destroys cGMP, resulting in weak, soft erections. Sildenafil blocks the action of PDE 5 and enables the production of cGMP. This allows for better blood flow to the penis.  Increased blood flow creates a pressure in the penis leading to an erection. 

Dapoxetine present in this pill is a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor. It blocks the reabsorption of serotonin into neurons. As a result, more serotonin is available to the brain. Thus, the ejaculation time increases. And the person gains control during sexual intercourse.

Uses

• Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Trouble getting a hard enough erection for sexual intercourse. Some people refer to it as “impotence.” 

• Premature Ejaculation (PE) 

A condition that makes a man ejaculate sooner than he or his partner would want him to.

Dosage

Super P Force tablet is to be taken once in 24 hours, as your doctor advises. You can take it with or without food. For best results, take it an hour before sexual intercourse. The effects of this drug and timing may vary. It depends on various factors, e.g., age, health conditions, etc. 

This drug has a longer action duration than many other ED/PE medications. It can work up to 6 hours. Take the medicine as directed by your doctor.

Missed Dosage

This medicine is taken as and when needed before sex for PE/ED. Therefore, the chances of missing a dose are quite low.

Overdose

An overdose of the drug can harm your health and lead to various side effects. If you think you have taken too much, contact your doctor without delay.

Safety Advice

Alcohol : UNSAFE
It is unsafe to drink alcohol with Super P Force (Sildenafil+Dapoxetine) tablets.

Pregnancy : POSSIBLY UNSAFE
This medicine is not approved for use in women. It’s for male sexual health problems (impotence or ED, PE). So, it’s not applicable.

Breastfeeding : POSSIBLY UNSAFE
This drug is not meant for women’s use. Information regarding the use of Super P Force Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not available. Consult your doctor for further information.

Driving : UNSAFE
Super P Force can make you dizzy or affect your vision. Do not drive or use hazardous machinery until you are fully aware of its effects on you.

Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
The combination medication is not known to impair kidney health. However, use caution if you have severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Liver: SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
This medication will be processed by your liver, so use caution if you have an existing liver problem. Consult your doctor for further advice. Your doctor will probably adjust the dosage for you. 

Precautions

Before you take this medication, tell your doctor:

1. If you are allergic to the active ingredient sildenafil or dapoxetine.
2. If you take nitrates for chest pain.
3. If you have a history of stroke, heart attack, or congestive heart failure.
4. If you have high or low blood pressure
5. If you suffer from diseases such as diabetes, angina, heart problems, etc.
6. If you take any other erectile dysfunction medication.
7. If you have blood cell problems, e.g., sickle cell anemia, leukemia, etc.
8. If you have a history of uncontrolled blood pressure.
9. If you have a history of fainting.
10. If you have a physical deformity of the penis or Peyronie’s.
11. If you suffer from a retinal disorder such as retinitis pigmentosa.
12. If you suffer from epilepsy or seizures.

Super P Force side effects

Some common side effects of Super P Force are:

• Headache
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Flushing (redness, warmth, or tingly feeling)
• Blurred vision
• Indigestion
• Upset stomach
• Chest pain
• Insomnia
• Dry mouth
• Diarrhea
• Back pain or muscle pain
• Nosebleeds
• Heartburn

In some rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, including: 

• Priapism (a prolonged erection of more than 4 hours) 
• NAION (sudden vision loss in one or both eyes)

Drug interactions

If you take any prescription drugs, OTC meds, herbs, or supplements, let your doctor know. The following drugs can interact with this medicine. 

• Amlodipine
• Antibiotics such as clarithromycin and erythromycin
• Carbamazepine
• Dexamethasone
• Oral antifungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Antidepressants such as Fluoxetine and Paroxetine
• Linezolid
• Phenelzine
• Blood thinners such as warfarin
• HIV Protease inhibitors such as indinavir and ritonavir
• Nitroglycerin
• Beta-blockers such as atenolol
• Isoniazid
• Other medicines for ED

Interaction with alcohol

Alcohol is known to increase the risk of experiencing side effects. Do not consume alcohol along with this medicine.

Interaction with Grapefruit Juice

Do not drink grapefruit juice when taking the P Force Super tablet. When you consume any grapefruit products, avoid using this medication for at least 24 hours

Storage Instructions

1. Super P Force tablets should be stored in their original packaging.
2. Keep the pills away from direct heat, moisture, and light.
3. Retain the original packaging of the medicine.
4. Keep the pills away from the reach of children and pets.
5. Store in a cool, dry place, as mentioned on the packaging.
