How does Cialis Black 80mg work?
Cialis Black contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which belongs to a class of medications known as PDE 5 inhibitors. It contains 80 mg of the active component. Due to the action of the enzyme PDE 5 (Phosphodiesterase Type 5), blood cannot flow properly to the penis. This makes it difficult for a person to achieve or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse.
Tadalafil present in Cialis Black blocks the action of PDE 5 and lets blood flow properly. When nitric oxide is released into the penis upon sexual stimulation, cGMP is produced. cGMP or Cyclic guanosine monophosphate controls the dilation and contraction of blood vessels. When cGMP is produced correctly, blood can flow easily to the penis. As more and more blood flows, the pressure is created in the penis. This leads to a firm erection.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Is Cialis Black safe?
Cialis Black 80mg is considered safe and effective for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. It is well-tolerated in men with moderate to severe forms of erectile dysfunction. Take this medication as directed by your doctor, usually once a day.
2. Can I take Cialis Black 80 mg with alcohol?
Alcohol causes a sudden drop in blood pressure and increases the risk of side effects such as dizziness, fainting, difficulty breathing, and fast heartbeats. Consumption of alcohol along with this medication should be avoided at all costs.
3. When should I take Cialis Black 80 mg?
Cialis Black 80 mg, containing a higher dose of Tadalafil, should generally be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. It is intended for use as needed, not for daily use. It can be taken with or without food, but avoiding excessive alcohol or grapefruit juice consumption is recommended. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions and consult them before taking Cialis Black 80 mg, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications.
4. Does Cialis (Tadalafil) work better than Viagra (sildenafil)?
Both Cialis (Tadalafil) and Viagra (sildenafil) are effective medications used to treat erectile dysfunction. However, which one works “better” can vary based on individual preferences, lifestyle, and specific needs. Some may prefer Cialis for its longer duration of action, while others may appreciate the quicker onset of Viagra.

6. Can I take 80 mg of Cialis?
You should not take 80 mg of Cialis (Tadalafil) without consulting a healthcare provider. The maximum recommended dose of Cialis for most individuals is 20 mg once daily. Taking a higher dose without medical supervision can increase the risk of complications.

Several factors could contribute to Cialis (Tadalafil) becoming less effective over time. These may include developing a tolerance to the medication, underlying health conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease, medication interactions, psychological factors like stress or anxiety, and lifestyle choices such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption. Consult with a healthcare provider if Cialis is no longer working as expected to address any underlying issues and explore potential solutions.
